  1. DRINK WATER minimum 2L /day. I also love unsweetened coconut water, herbal tea, and freshly juiced green juice.
  2. NATURAL SIMPLE products to cleanse and moisturize that don’t strip skin of its natural oils.
  3. BEAUTY SLEEP 7-9 uninterrupted hours of sleep each night & go to bed before 11pm.
  4. CLEAN FOOD good skin comes from a clean body. Avoid dairy such as cow’s milk, ice cream, and cheese, avoid processed foods with excess sodium and sugar.
  5. SWEAT! Get moving 30min each day minimum, this increases blood flow and promotes metabolism in that area, toxins will get flushed out and cells will heal and grow faster and this slows the aging process
