The 28 Day Challenge

So the team here at Stonetree Clinic have deceided to embark on a 28 day Challenge, were on day 5 currently and we encourage you to join along!exercise

What’s involved?

-                  - No refined sugar! (raw local honey, stevia, maple syrup ok)

-                   -Adequate water (half your weight in ounces each day)

-                   -30 minutes of exercise EVERY day

These are pretty simple changes that most people can implement into their daily routine safely.

Personally I’ve been finding the water easy, sugar is fine; but I have to be cognisant of label reading (Monday I ate a stir fry with Tiki Masala sauce and yup there was sugar in it), but the exercise has been my biggest challenge especially with the colder darker days.

Over the weekend I did indoor yoga and a series of sit ups and push ups, yesterday I went for a brisk walk around the block and tonight im going to spin class at the local YMCA.

I’m betting by the end of 28 days ill have more energy, increased lean muscle mass (we’re doing before and after BIA analysis), clearer skin and just overall feel better!
