I believe the word "health" is synonymous with the word "beauty". I define health and beauty as deep, magnetic joy or contentment and confidence that glows from the inside out.

Confidence is tremendously important in life; it helps us be better, do better, give more of ourselves to others. I am so lucky to be able to help people achieve this confidence on a daily basis by offering my custom clinical Anti-Aging Protocol.

The foundation of Naturopathic Medicine is to get to the root cause of the disease/condition and not too cover up or mask symptoms. Dull, sagging, puffy, blotchy skin can be a symptom of poor underlying diet/digestion/health etc, not a sign that your $100 wrinkle cream isn’t working.

As a rule of thumb I drink minimum 2L water/day. I also love unsweetened coconut water, herbal/green tea, and freshly juiced green vegetable juice.k - Copy

I cleanse and moisturize with all natural simple products that don’t strip my skin of its natural oils.

I practice daily self-facial massage with special skin oil, at night to prevent wrinkles and keep skin tight, soft and supple.

I get my beauty sleep; 8-9 uninterrupted hours of sleep each night & go to bed before 11pm.

I do not smoke period.

When it comes to alcohol I try not to overindulge, and I avoid beer altogether.

I wear natural sunscreen, yes even in winter and on cloudy days (ok I’m not so good at this one all the time)

Diet; good skin comes from a clean body. I avoid dairy such as cow’s milk, ice cream, and cheese, I also avoid processed foods with excess sodium and sugar. In traditional Chinese medicine these foods create dampness in the body which show up on the body as double chin, sagging jowls, and puffiness around the eyes

I barely ever wear makeup, I know this is not for everyone, but caking on foundation will pollute and weigh down the skin and block pores, let your inner beauty shine through!

Sweat! I am active 30min each day minimum, this increases blood flow and promotes metabolism in that area, toxins will get flushed out and cells will heal and grow faster and this slows the aging process
